TUCKING FOR TWO has been created and designed exclusively for the expecting mama! Join us for a 5 week barre series that has the foundation of our traditional barre class but is designed around more isolated, controlled movement with an emphasis on breath work. Why should you incorporate barre into your fitness routine while pregnant? Barre is a low-to-no impact workout that is easily customizable during each trimester. We will concentrate on safely building strength in the pelvic floor and core which will help prepare your body for labor and aid in it's recovery. 

This class is just 50 minutes and once the work is done, the instructor will lead a restorative cool down leaving our mama's feeling strong and energized.
