I'M NOT FLEXIBLE AND I DO NOT HAVE ANY DANCE EXPERIENCE. CAN I COME TO CLASSES AT THE BAR[RE]?
Yes! NO dance experience is required to participate in any of our group fitness classes. All classes are designed for clients to customize their own class no matter their fitness background or level. Whether you have attended classes before or have never been, there was one point in time where everyone was new! We'd love to have you!
WHAT SHOULD I WEAR?
We recommend wearing any type of clothing you are comfortable in and don't mind getting a little (or a lot) sweaty! For all cardio classes, indoor sneakers are required. For all barre and yoga classes, bare feet or socks may be worn.
WHAT SHOULD I BRING?
If you are attending one of our cardio classes we request you change into the sneakers you plan on wearing into class in our waiting area. This helps keep our studio space clean! Otherwise, just bring you! We have all mats and equipment you will need for class. We also recommend to bring water but there is water for sale at the studio, $1 cash only.
DO I HAVE TO PRE-REGISTER?
No but please keep in mind pre-registering is highly recommended. By pre-registering online you are ensuring you have a spot in class due to spaces being limited. Drop-ins will be accommodated on a first come first serve basis but are not guaranteed.
IS THERE A CANCELLATION POLICY?
Yes. The studio follows a 6-hour cancellation policy. Failure to cancel or no show class within the 6 hour window will result in the loss of your credit. If you know you are unable to make class please remove yourself from class online so we are able to make room for another client. Exceptions to this rule are made in emergency situations only. We understand things happen but must abide by this policy to maintain the integrity of our studio. *Please do not text, call or send messages to KC through our social media sites if you are unable to make it.
CAN I LOOSE WEIGHT ATTENDING CLASSES AT THE BAR[RE]?
If you balance a well rounded fitness schedule with a healthy nutritional lifestyle then you can absolutely expect to see changes in your weight. Clients can mostly expect to see inches lost before pounds. In order to see these changes, we recommend attending class 3-5 times a week.
I'M PREGNANT. ARE CLASSES SAFE?
Yes. Our teachers are trained and aware of pre and post natal modifications for mom's to be! If you are expecting, it is required to have a letter from your OBGYN before you can attend class.
We have a strict no-refund policy.
Class and/or instructor are subject to change without notice
If this is your first time at our studio, please arrive at least 10 minutes early so we may show you around and answer any questions you may have!
If class is on a waitlist and you are not here to claim your spot, the spot will be given to the person on the waitlist who is here to claim it.
If you are one of our monthly unlimited members or a SWEAT member and late cancel your spot in class, the credit card on file will be charged $5.
Please leave all personal belongings in the waiting area. If there is not someone sitting at the front desk then all doors at the studio are locked.
Cell phones are not allowed in class. It may not only be distracting to you but to your neighbor as well.
For the safety of our clients, instructors and their belongings, the doors will be locked once class begins.
The owner or instructor reserve the right to cancel class if there are not at least 3 people pre-registered on MindBodyOnline.
Chewing gum is not allowed in the studio.
Please keep side chatter for before or after class so we are not disrupting the other clients who are participating
Please be mindful of classes going on in the studio while you are waiting for your class. All barre and yoga classes are ended with a savasana which is meant to be extremely relaxing.
