Courtney is a certified Total Barre instructor through Merrithew Pilates and is also working towards her NASM Certified Personal Training qualification. She found her love for movement through dance; something she still continues today. Courtney teaches all genres of dance and was a member of her college dance team from 2016-2020. During COVID-19, Courtney found her way to barre and Pilates style workouts and was hooked. The ability to use your body weight, and small props, and connect with music to move your body in a way that makes you feel energized, empowered and fulfilled is the perfect combination! She is excited to begin her fitness instructor journey and learn from the staff at The BAR[RE] and is looking forward to the opportunities to expand her trainings. Outside of fitness, Courtney is a 6th grade English teacher and is an avid reader!
