Steph has a business degree from the University of Connecticut and is a licensed educator in PE/Health & Dance grades Pre-K through 12 in the state of Connecticut. She grew up dancing at a local dance studio and competed in ballroom dance on the UCONN ballroom dance team.  After her undergraduate degree, she decided to go back to school to get certified to teach PE/Health & Dance in the CT Public School system. After dancing throughout college, she gravitated to barre, dance fitness and HIIT to keep moving. The first time she took a Kick It By Eliza class, she was hooked.  The award-winning kickboxing and music inspired work out is right up her ally and she decided to get certified June of 2019.  Steph’s upbeat and motivating personality will keep you moving throughout all 13 rounds of the Kick It By Eliza workout!

Caitlyn k.

Caitlyn will be teaching Barre classes at The Barre CT. She trained with KC in January, and am new to the schedule this June. Caitlyn has been working out at The Barre CT for over a year. Prior to The Barre CT, I have done all different format barre classes for several years and fell in love with barre classes in general, and moreover the style of teaching at The Barre CT. Caitlyn is a former Division 1 lacrosse athlete and barre classes help her in adult life to feel amazing and push herself, without putting stress on my joints from years of athletics. Caitlyn's mantra is... show up for yourself and do what feels right for YOUR body!

brittany c.

Brittany found her mat as a client of The Barre back in 2018. After getting tired of her usual workout routine she wanted to change things up and try something new. She found not only was it a fun way to get in shape but also a new way to clear her mind. After a year or so of taking classes and trying new formats, Brittany realized she wanted to try and help others fall in love with fitness like she had. She was trained by our one and only K.C. and cannot wait to share her love of barre with you all. Brittany is known to crack a few jokes to put a smile on your face during class but ultimately she wants you to leave her class feeling accomplished and strong.

The health benefits she gained, made her crave yoga everyday. Stefanie can’t wait to share her love of yoga with her students, so they too can feel the benefits and enjoy the post yoga bliss.

Stefanie is also a yoga instructor at Hot 11 Yoga and a dance teacher. Fitness has always been a huge part of her life.
