LIIT a low impact interval training class. This is a full body workout that uses only your body weight and is done entirely on the yoga mat. LIIT is a Tabata inspired work out which is 20 seconds of work and 10 seconds of rest to help build strength and endurance. Sneakers are not required for this class! The studio is heated to 85 degrees.
